These terms cover this website and any request you send through it. When you book work with us, the written quote for that job carries its own terms, and those terms govern the job.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are starting prices. What a job costs depends on square footage, the condition of the floor, access, and how often we come. Commercial work is quoted after a free walkthrough. We confirm the scope and the price in writing before anything is scheduled. A written quote holds for [30] days.

Before we arrive

We need access to the property at the agreed time, with water and power available. Please move breakable and valuable items out of the rooms we are cleaning. Tell us about pre-existing damage, loose seams, delicate fibers or recent repairs, because those change what cleaning can do.

Payment

Changing or canceling a visit

What cleaning can and cannot do

We tell you what to expect before we start. Some stains, burns, wear patterns, pet damage and color loss are permanent, and no cleaning removes them. We do not promise a result the floor cannot give.

If something goes wrong
