Floors & Fibers Cleaning Co. runs this website. This page says what we collect, why we keep it, and who else sees it. Ask us about anything here and we will explain it.

What we collect

The request form. It asks for your name, your company or property name, a phone number, an email address, what you want cleaned and anything you add in the notes. You can attach photos of the floors. The form marks the fields we need.

Email and phone calls. When you write or call, we keep the message and the details you give us about the property.

Website records. Our web host records standard technical information, such as the address of the device asking for a page and the time it asked. Every web server does this. We use it to keep the site working and secure.

Why we keep it

We use what you send to price the work, schedule it and do it. We keep a record of quotes and completed jobs for our accounts, and so we can answer a question about work we did earlier.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It is handled by the companies that run this site and our email, and by our bookkeeper when a job is invoiced. [Add any other service that touches customer details, such as scheduling or card payments.]

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. WordPress sets a cookie only for someone who signs in to manage the site. The form does not follow you between visits or between websites.

How long we keep it

Requests stay in the website’s records and in our email. We remove a request that never became work after [length of time to confirm].

Your choices

Email us and ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within [30] days. Deleting a record does not undo work we already did or an invoice we already sent.

Children

This site is for property managers and homeowners. We do not collect information from children.

Changes to this page

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
