FAQ
What property managers and homeowners ask before the first visit.
Questions
Before we start
If your question is not here, call or send it with a quote request and you will get a straight answer the same business day.
What does a free demo zone involve?
We clean a small high-traffic area at your property at no cost, so you can judge the result on your own floor before you consider a plan. It takes one short visit and there is no obligation after it.
How is pricing set?
Starting prices are published on the pricing page. The final number depends on square footage, floor condition, service frequency and access, so commercial work is quoted after a free walkthrough and confirmed in writing before anything is scheduled.
Can you work after hours?
Yes. Offices, clinics and leasing offices are often cleaned in the evening or on a weekend so the space is ready for the next business day. Low-moisture encapsulation is the usual method when a floor has to be dry by morning.
How long do floors take to dry?
Low-moisture encapsulation is dry in a few hours, which is why it suits overnight commercial work. Hot-water extraction takes longer, and air movers shorten it. We tell you the window before we start so you can plan around it.
What if an area is not right?
Report it within 48 hours of the visit. If it relates to our workmanship we come back once and re-service that area at no additional charge. Permanent stains, re-soiling and pre-existing damage sit outside that guarantee, and we say so during the walkthrough rather than after.
Do you handle apartment and rental turnovers on a schedule?
Yes. Property managers send a turnover list and we clean each vacant unit before the move-in date, with one point of contact for carpet and hard floors. Volume pricing applies once the list runs past ten units a month.
Can one provider cover several buildings?
That is the point of a multi-location program. Pricing, scheduling, service expectations and reporting are standardized across the portfolio, so a regional manager is not comparing a different vendor at every property.
Are your products safe around residents, patients, children and pets?
We use low-odor, eco-conscious solutions wherever the space calls for it, which is the default in senior living, clinics, schools and daycare. Tell us about sensitivities or infection-control rules before the visit and we match the product and the schedule to them.
Do you carry insurance for vendor onboarding?
Yes. We carry insurance for our operations and can send a certificate of insurance for your vendor file before the first visit.
Do you document the work?
Before and after photos with service notes come with every visit, so owners and managers can see what was done without being on site. Photos never identify residents, patients, students or private information without written permission.
Do you clean homes as well as commercial properties?
Yes. The same crew and the same equipment handle carpet, upholstery, area rugs, tile and pet odor treatment in houses. Home visits stay close to New Lenox; commercial contracts travel across the metro.
Which towns do you serve?
We work a 75-mile radius of New Lenox, covering Will, Cook, DuPage and Kendall counties. The service area page lists the towns we are in most often, and commercial properties outside them are worth asking about.
